Pet Profile Information

We only handle the software for the PetHub tags. We do not have access to any vaccine records. You will need to contact whoever administered the vaccine to your pet to retrieve records. Once you get the records, you can upload the document to your pet's profile for easy access next time!

Getting a photo on your pet’s profile is important as it can help assure whoever finds them that they have the right animal. To get one uploaded, just follow the simple steps below: - Login to your PetHub.com account. - Click on your pet's "Dashboard", then scroll down to the orange "Edit Details" button. - Click “Choose File” and select whatever picture of your pet best represents them. Adding a pet to your profile is simple! Simply follow the steps below: - Login to your PetHub.com account. - Click the orange "Add A Pet Button" located underneath the Pet Information Heading. - Enter your pet’s name, upload a photo, and add all their critical and identifying information. (All required fields will have *) - Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page!

If you would like to add or edit any pet information, simply follow the steps below: - Log into your PetHub account. - Click on your pet's "Dashboard". - Scroll down & select the orange "Edit Details" button. - Make any changes or additions to the information you would like. - Scroll down to the bottom and click "Save".
