Pet Profile Information

PetHub doesn’t store vaccination records automatically — we only provide the software for the tags and profiles. To get official records, you’ll need to contact the vet clinic or provider who administered the vaccines. They can send you a copy. Once you have them, you can upload the document to your pet’s profile so it’s easy to access anytime in the future.

Getting a photo on your pet’s profile is important as it can help assure whoever finds them that they have the right animal. To get one uploaded, just follow the simple steps below: - Login to your PetHub.com account. - Click on your pet's "Dashboard", then scroll down to the orange "Edit Details" button. - Click “Choose File” and select whatever picture of your pet best represents them. Adding a new pet only takes a minute: - Log into your PetHub account - Click the orange Add A Pet button under the Pet Information section - Enter your pet’s name, upload a photo, and fill in their details (required fields are marked with an *) - Scroll down and click Save Your new pet will now be part of your account and ready to link to a tag if needed.

You can update your pet’s details anytime: - Log into your PetHub account - Open your pet’s Dashboard - Click the orange Edit Details button - Make your changes or additions - Scroll down and click Save Your updates will be applied right away.
