PetHub doesn’t store vaccination records automatically — we only provide the software for the tags and profiles.
To get official records, you’ll need to contact the vet clinic or provider who administered the vaccines. They can send you a copy.
Once you have them, you can upload the document to your pet’s profile so it’s easy to access anytime in the future.
