I need a new password, what do I do?

To get a new password, click the “Reset Password” link underneath the login boxes on the homepage. Put in the email you setup your account with and a link to reset your password will be sent to you. If you still need help, email our support team at ( and they can reset it for you!

I don't want my information public, what can people see?

The only time your information will be viewable to someone, is if they scan your pet’s tag. You are also able to set your viewing permissions, so you can choose what people see when your pet’s tag is scanned. This means you can only have your phone number showing, only your email and name, all of the above, etc.

How do I add additional phone numbers to my pet's profile?

It's very quick and very easy to add any phone numbers you want to your profile. Just follow the steps below: - Go to ( - Scroll down to the box titled PHONE NUMBERS. - Type in your additional phone numbers (if you need additional spaces just click on "Add another item" button). - Be sure to scroll down to the bottom and click the “Save” button.

How do I edit my personal contact information?
