No problem — you can reset it in just a minute. - Go to the homepage and click Login - Under the password field, select Request New Password - Enter the email address you used for your account We’ll send you a link to create a new password. I don't want my information public, what can people see?

Your information isn’t publicly searchable or browseable. The only time someone can view it is when they scan your pet’s tag. Even then, you control exactly what’s shown. In your privacy settings, you can choose which details appear — for example: - Just your phone number - Your name and email - Or more contact details if you prefer You decide what a finder sees, and you can change those settings anytime.

How do I add additional phone numbers to my pet's profile?

You can add as many contact numbers as you’d like — helpful for roommates, family, pet sitters, or anyone who could help get your pet home. - Go to pethub.com/user and log in - Scroll to the Phone Numbers section - Enter the additional numbers - Click Add another item if you need more fields - Scroll down and click Save Once saved, those numbers can be available to someone who scans your pet’s tag (based on your privacy settings).

How do I edit my personal contact information?

Updating your details only takes a minute. - Log into your account and click My Account in the top-right corner (or go directly to: https://www.pethub.com/user) - Open the Edit tab to change: - Email address - Password - Use the View tab to update: - Physical address - Phone numbers - Additional email addresses After making your changes, scroll down and click Save before leaving the page.
