Updating your details only takes a minute.
Log into your account and click My Account in the top-right corner
(or go directly to: https://www.pethub.com/user)Open the Edit tab to change:
Email address
Password
Use the View tab to update:
Physical address
Phone numbers
Additional email addresses
After making your changes, scroll down and click Save before leaving the page.
