You can cancel it right from your account: - Log in and click My Account (top-right corner) - Select Premium Status from the dropdown - Open the Recurring Fees or Premium tab - Click Cancel next to the pet whose Premium service you want to stop If you run into any trouble, email support@pethub.com and we’ll help you take care of it.
