How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

To cancel your Premium Subscription follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account and click the “My Account” link at the top-right corner of the home page.
2. On the next page, click the “Recurring Fees” tab.
3. From there, you can cancel your Premium Subscription by clicking CANCEL next to the pet whose service you wish to discontinue.
