How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

To cancel your Premium Subscription follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account and click the “My Account” link at the top-right corner of the home page, & select "Premium Status from the drop-down menu.
2. On this page, click the “Recurring Fees or Premium” tab.
3. From there, you can cancel your Premium Subscription by clicking CANCEL next to the pet whose service you wish to discontinue.
