We have a super easy activation process!

If you have an existing account on PetHub.com, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your PetHub account, or go to pethub.com/go and select "Existing Account."
  2. Click the blue "Activate An ID Tag or Card" button below your pet's photo.
  3. Fill in the tag ID and CAPTCHA code and click "Activate".
  If you are new to PetHub and do not yet have an account, follow these steps:
  1. Go to PetHub.com/go
  2. Click "New Account."
  3. Follow the steps to creating your account, setting up your pet profile, and activating your tag!
  Once you activate your tag, you will be taken to a page offering our Premium Service upgrade!

This is optional, but highly recommended. Our Premium Service includes great extra benefits like:

  • live GPS maps sent to your phone when your pets tag is scanned
  • text & email alerts if their tag is scanned or called in
  • shelter alerts that share your lost pet poster within 50 miles
  • and lots more perks and rewards you don't get as a Basic subscriber!
