We’re truly sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye to a pet is incredibly hard, and we’re thinking of you during this time.
When you’re ready, you have a couple options:
Keep the profile as a memorial — we can leave the account active and simply unlink the PetHub tag
Remove the profile — we can delete the pet’s profile and unlink the tag
In either case, once the tag is unlinked, it becomes available to use again if you ever decide to welcome another pet into your home.
