We are so terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved pet.
It is never easy to lose a four-legged family member, and our thoughts are with you during this time.
There are a couple different things we can do.
- We can leave their account active as a memorial to them and un-link the PetHub tag from the profile
- We can delete the pet profile and un-link the tag.
Both ways, once the tag is unlinked, it is available to use again if you ever decide to get another pet. Email our support team at support@pethub.com and let them know how you would like to proceed and they will be more than happy to assist.
