Linking a Wallet Card works the same way as linking a tag — just follow the activation steps in your account and attach it to a pet profile.
A Wallet Card can only be connected to one profile at a time. If you have multiple pets, we recommend creating a shared “family” profile for the card:
Add a new pet profile
Include all your pets’ names in the profile
Upload a group photo if possible
Then link the Wallet Card to that profile
If your card is already attached to another pet and you want to switch it to a family profile, email support@pethub.com with the Wallet Card ID number and we’ll unlink it for you so you can relink it.
